Reversible Protein Stain

Our PVDF membranes are stained with Kendrick Labs proprietary Coomassie blue (CB) method to detect total protein:

  • Completely reversible staining method is fully compatible with western blotting
  • The Coomassie blue-stained membrane image is superimposable with the western blot
  • Allows for easy matching of proteins to CB gels for Mass Spectrometry or silver gels for Host Cell Protein analysis
  • The total protein stain ensures equalized sample loading and transfer efficiency
