Fluorescent Stains
Fluorescent protein stains currently available at Kendrick Labs include: Sypro ruby (general), Pro-Q Diamond (phosphoprotein), and 488 Emerald (glycoprotein). Either a Typhoon FLA 9000 biomolecular imager or a Bio-Rad FX ProPlus multiImager is used for visualization and quantification of the fluorescent stains.
